Cant find icc profile for canon 9500 II on your site

We'd be happy to produce a custom profile for you on the 9500mk2. Please contact us at moab@legionpaper.com and we can guide you through the process.

The profile for the Canon 9500 II should be up very soon. I just printed the samples and sent them andy.. He should have them up soon!

The Slickrock ICC does not work with an Epson 9900. I've tried everything, including downloading the Lexjet ICC that works fine. The Slickrock ICC actually crashes the new Photoshop CC and when you start a print job the picture isn' t displayed...only a blank box. Help please. The 44" paper I'm wasting is expensive. I would also encourage your customer service department to respond to questions earlier.

The Slickrock Metallic Silver ICC profile is now online, for those who are interested!

Malcolm, we just tested our Slickrock Metallic Pearl ICC profile and it works just fine over here. There is an issue, a known bug, within Photoshop regarding soft proofing and the ICC profiler we use to create our profiles, and it shows up from time to time. Adobe won't promise a fix, and it only affects the preview screen in the print dialogue box and doesn't affect the actual print.
ICC profiles won't crash an application, so I would make sure you are on the latest version of the printer driver and re-print.

The Canon Pro 9500 MkII ICC profile for Slickrock metallic pearl 260 is not working well for me. Literoom's soft proofing function won't display an image. Monochromes look great, color looks horrible, not even close. Solutions please?

done! Sorry it wasn't already online for you.

you are fast, thanks!

Robert, we have had the Slickrock Metallic Silver profile online for quite a while now. Check back and let me know if you cannot see it.

Andy, so you must be referring to "MOAB Slickrock Silver" on the ICC profiles page. Forgive me, but don't you have two different papers that start with the designation - "Metallic", Metallic Pearl and Metallic Silver? Since I don't necessarily know all the MOAB papers, that can be confusing. For instance, my MOAB brochure doesn't list all the papers I see on the website. There is no "Metallic Silver" in my brochure. And is "Somerset Enhanced Velvet" the same as the "Somerset Velvet" listed in the ICC profiles? It's just the lack of an exact match of the name that makes me second guess the print settings before I hit "print".

Robert, I just corrected the filenames to eliminate any confusion when printing.
As far as naming goes, we do have a challenge with names in that we are limited by the number of letters in each ICC profile, not from a physical filename but rather the name that shows up in the printing dialogue box (known as the ICC internal name). Somerset Enhanced Velvet and Somerset Velvet are the same thing, and the word 'enhanced' refers to our coating the original printmaking paper so it can be used for inkjet printing. Since the word 'enhanced' tended to be more confusing to our customers and also given the limitation of the number of characters we can use in the ICC profile name, it was left off.

I cant find the ICC color profile for Slicrock metallic silver 300 for the Canon Pro 9000 II on your website. Am I missing something?
