Moab Support Forum > Getting a green cast on Juniper Baryta

I have just recently bought a Canon Pro-1000 printer and a box of Juniper Baryta paper. When I try to print in either color or in black and white I am getting a green cast on my prints. I am using the ICC profile and have the printer set on Pro Platinum paper. I am printing from Lightroom and in the soft proofing there is no color cast, but when I print, I am shown a preview and the color cast is there. I can use the Black and White setting on the printer and my black and white prints come out fine, but I can't do the same for color prints.

For testing, make a print using Canon’s Professional Print & Layout. This program bypasses Adobe & OS color management, and is helpful in troubleshooting.
It may also help to reinstall the print driver- just download & install, no need to remove the existing one. Sometimes OS updates cause issues.

I wish I could. I can't get Canon pro to work on my laptop. Luckily i did find a fix though. I was using the Moab profile on the print section of Lightroom, but the Pro Platinum on my page setup. So, I think the two were conflicting.
