Moab Support Forum > cannot print correctly to Epson P800

I am trying to use Moab Entrada Rag and have downloaded the Moab ICC. Printing is done using an Epson P800 printer via Lightroom. I cannot get the printer to use the MK cartridge rather than the PK cartridge. I spent 90 minutes this morning with Epson support and they didn't identify the problem.

Use of MK or PK ink is controlled by the media setting selected in the print driver. Depending on which Entrada profile you are using (sheet feeder or fine art) the media setting is either Ultra Premium Presentation Paper Matte, Ultrasmooth Fine Art, or Watercolor Radiant White. (these are specified on our ICC download page) Selecting any of these media settings in the driver when printing will instruct the printer to switch to matte black.
