Moab Support Forum > White spots on Entrada Bright

Hello

These dots and white textures appear on my prints with moab entrada rag bright 300. I have already tried everything, with the profiles on your page, and the best result was obtained with the canon high-density profile that comes by default in the Canon Prograf 1000. It only appears on dark prints with blue, on brighter color prints I didn't see the problem. I already cleaned heads, and color calibration as it says on its page for canon prograf 1000.

Could you tell me what is happening? because after many attempts I made a comparison with hahnemuhle smooth photo rag and at the first print turned out well.

I'm using Mac Monterey, printing from the Canon app Professional print & layout Job Manager. I also tried to print in the Adobe Color Printer Utility, but they keep coming out. with moab profiles, with canon profiles...

I leave a link with the texture that I mention,

Thanks
