I am printing on Moab Moenkopi Unryu on Epson Sure Color P900. Which Side of paper do I print on?

If your paper is still in the package, there should be a 'print this side' on the bag, or with the Moenkopi papers the print side is always facing the front label side of the package. If the sheet(s) have been removed from the original packaging you can use a post-it note to check. Stick the post-it to the edge of the sheet: it will stick firmly to the print side, and have little adhesion to the non-print side.
