Moab Support Forum > Epson SC-P600 Profile is Off

I have been using an Epson SC-P600 with MOAB Entrada Rag Natural 300 for a few years without issue to make my own art prints. I recently had to process some art prints and the output is much darker, more saturated, and just off. Nothing has changed and I removed and re-downloaded the ICC profiles. I use the same workflow as I have always used as well. It is literally written down and I follow it like a checklist. (It took me a while to get the workflow down, so I am cautious.) No new settings or changes have occcured. I even rescanned the artwork fresh and started over and it remains. The print preview using the icc profiles on a calibrated monitor look just like the original, but the actual printer output is poor. Has anything changed that I am ignorant about?

Here is a link to a photo showing the differences between the original on the left and the output on the right: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1OKCWut0a24jYRQU1cVvGQgkSS2s_yWqE/view?usp=sharing

James,
Nothing has changed with the profile, what has likely happened is either your operating system has been updated, or the application you print with has been updated. Over the past couple of years we have seen color management issues with both Apple and Adobe software, with varying degrees of remedy. What OS and imaging program are you using?
Despite the soft proof looking correct, the print can still be off because the color data is not processed correctly during the print process.
