Moab Support Forum > Epson P 400 - Unryu not loading correctly

The Unryu paper goes right through and printer reads “media not loading correctly”.
It works for everything also. Ugh!

Sounds like you'll need to adjust the paper size in the printer settings. Most likely you're feeding the A4 sheets of Moenkopi but the printer thinks the paper is 8.5x11 The printer may recognize that the size of the paper doesn’t match the driver.
