Moab Support Forum > Entradalopes on Canon Pro 2100

I was trying to manual feed this into a 24" Canon Prograf 2100 but it tells me the size is not accepted. Portrait or landscape it doesn't matter.
Has anyone had any success with using this product into a wide format printer? I assumed since they have the profiles for this printer it would work but no matter what I do I can not get it to feed the paper correctly.

Thanks in advance for any help with this.

The minimum sheet size with the PRO-2100 according to Canon's specs is 6" x 8", so it may be possible to load the cards. With cut sheets the minimum leading margin is 2cm, so if you can get it to print you'll be restricted to large margins when printing the cards, so we don't recommend card printing with any wide format printer. If this is your only printer I would recommend printing on a grain-short sheet of 8.5x11 Entrada and cutting it to size after the print is made, which will solve the larger margin issue.
