Moab Support Forum > Canon imagePROGRAF PRO Calibration paper

Hello. Regarding your post Printing with Canon imagePROGRAF PRO-series posted here: https://www.moabpaper.com/canon-imageprograf-notes?utm_source=pocket_mylist

you specify using Canon Glossy Photographic Paper 170, 200 or 240 for calibration. In rolls I see paper with that name, but for sheets I don't see that exactly. There is a paper Canon GP-701 Photo Paper Glossy that comes as 200 gsm. Is that suitable/equivalent?

That specific paper is only available in rolls, starting at 24". Since you'll be calibrating the printer on a semi-regular basis having the roll on hand is helpful. I don't have info on how close the GP-701 is to the roll paper base.

Is the canon paper 2047V128 the paper you're recommending?

I liked the idea of having a big pack of small sheets so I could calibrate without removing either of the paper rolls, but if you're only recommended the paper that doesn't come as cut sheet, I'll get the roll.

Yes, that is the 200gsm option. If you wan the 170gsm that item is 2047V119
