Moab Support Forum > Epson p7570 paper problem
It sounds like you have a conflict between the paper size/source and what is set in software.
Have you reinstalled the driver to rule out a software corruption?
Are you printing on sheets or a roll, and what size?
What are your paper settings in the 'Print Settings' of the driver?

Have reinstalled the driver. No result.
I found a new error message just now under "Custom paper settings" that says,"Paper setting in the printer driver is different than the paper information registered in the printer." Not sure what that means. This is when choosing the ICC profile for Moab Entrada Rag Bright which has been downloaded and installed in both computer and printer and is selectable in both.
It's like it wants me to change something in the printer driver, but I have no idea how to access the driver software. Do you know how?
Thanks for your reply

Got on the phone with Epson. A guy named Joe took control of my screen and figured out what I could not see. Since the P7570 is a roll paper printer, that is what it defaults to. You have to change it to "sheet" in the Photoshop print dialogue box manually. I totally missed that.
So it printed while I was on the phone with him. Finally!
Thank you all for your quick replies. I really appreciate your help.

Hi, Using Entrada Bright Rag.
Weirdly, this printer will refuses to allow me to print via Photoshop, Lightroom, or On1, but will allow me to print via Epson's "Print Layout" app.
I get a constant error message of:
"The paper source settings do not match the settings on the printer. To change the paper source settings, touch Cancel Print, change the print settings, and try printing again."
Well that sounds easy enough, and I have changed just about everything on the printer and in Photoshop I can find to change and nothing helps. It's just a big brick at this point. Epson's so-called "User Guide" is just hopeless.
I've got the Entrada ICC profile in Photoshop and in the printer. I don't know what else to do.
Any ideas? I'd be eternally grateful.
Bill
