Moab Support Forum > Profile Selection for Exporting TIFF to Print

Hello,

I am exporting a B&W image from Capture One to print via Canon’s Professional Print. When I export to TIFF, should I choose the Moab paper profile I am going to be printing with or, should I choose Adobe RGB then choose the correct profile in Canon’s software?

Thank you.

This depends on your print workflow. It may make a slight improvement in print quality if you convert the file to the output profile during export, as all the color adaptation will be done by Capture One. When printing the converted file you need to then select 'no color correction' in Professional Print & Layout to preserve the embedded data.
