I just watched your online seminar on printing. You selected the Media Type as Baryta when printing on Juniper Baryta Rag. Makes sense. Yet your website, under ICC profiles, recommends using Ultra Premium Photo Paper Luster with my Epson p700. So which do you recommend?

You should always select the media setting listed on the ICC download page, so for Juniper on the P700 use Ultra Premium Photo Paper Luster. I was likely using a test profile during the demo so the media setting was different from the final profile we published for download.

I've downloaded - and have selected - the ICC profile for the particular Moab paper I am using. However, in the Canon printer settings dialog box (Pixma Pro-200), it only offers a few choices for paper. Is there information on the Moab website that lists the media settings/paper that corresponds with each of the ICC profiles?

Judy,
Are you using MacOS? If so, it sounds like your printer is using Apple's AirPrint driver, instead of the Canon print driver. We have more info on that and and how to fix it here:

https://www.moabpaper.com/airprint

Once the Canon driver is configured you should see all the available media settings.

I'm on Mac Ventura 13.3.1. I have two printers. I use an HP for documents and that one is set to AirPrint. The Canon is on WIFI and not Air Print. Does that make sense?

Hi there - I figured it out. I hadn't read the pdf where the information is all there - thanks!
