Epson 3800 Pro (MacOS 10.13.6)

I reduced the size of a painting from 17x22 to the 5x7 format and now the colors are washed out on the print. I then tried a paper from another company, and the same result. I don't think its the printer, as I printed a 13x19 print the other day and it was fine.

I don't see a feature to upload the images for you to see.

Suggestion are appreciated.
