Moab Support Forum > Printer not printing after installing profile

I'm using:
Mac OS X El Capitan 10.11.6
Adobe Photoshop CS4 11.0.2
Canon Imageprograf pro-300
Moab entrada Rag Bright 300

I've installed the Moab ICC printer profiles following the instructions here: https://www.moabpaper.com/icc-profiles-downloads
... and here: https://www.moabpaper.com/profile-use-in-photoshop

I've tried restarting my computer.

When I click "print" the printer makes all the happy little printing noises, pulls the paper in, makes more noise, then spits the paper out and acts like it's finished printing.

What's going wrong?

Shellie,
Generally when this happens reinstalling the print driver solves the issue. I'd recommend downloading the driver again from the Canon web site, running the installer, and restarting your computer. This should allow you to print with the newly installed profiles.
