Hello,
Could you please tell me what thickness I set the paper thickness in the Photoshop 'advanced media control' window?
Also, should Platen gap be set on Standard or Wide?
I am using Entrada Rag bright 300. Printer is an Epson P800.

Steve,
The thickness of Entrada is 22.5mil (thousandths of an inch) or 0.57 mm. Google is the best way to quickly convert mil to mm, which is what the Epson driver uses. We list thickness, or caliper, for each paper on the product pages.

From what I understand, the paper thickness setting under 'advanced media control' doesn't make any physical changes to the printer, it just effects droplet timing as the head moves. If you see head strikes on your paper, then set the platen gap to wide instead of standard.
