Moab Support Forum > Entradalopes & new Epson p800 driver

I have been printing note cards on your entradalopes paper using an Epson SureColor P800 printer. I upgraded to the new (10/7/20) printer driver and to MacOS 11. Now I'm having trouble getting my images to print centered on the entradalopes paper. The problem seems to be connected to the paper size setting on the printer. The P800 does not let you define a paper size with a width less than 8". I'm printing from Lightroom Classic. Any suggestions?

Stephen,
Sorry to hear the new driver is creating issues. We haven't done any testing here with the new MacOS, so I don't have any troubleshooting tips. Maybe someone else reading the forum has updated and can offer a solution.
