"All my portfolios are printed on Entrada. It's necessary that each print stands alone as a piece of art, and it's because of Entrada's weight and feel that my portfolio stands out from the rest."
Hi Kerry, Although the Desert Varnish Spray is intended to protect fine art aqueous digital prints from UV it should perform equally well for other art applications such as watercolor. We suggest to run a test on a sample watercolor piece to ensure the spray does not affect the watercolor paints you're using. If that test goes well the spray should be fine to use.
Excellent! I will definitely test it on a sample. Thank you for the fast response.
Hello Moab,
Would Moab Desert Varnish also work for original watercolor works on watercolor paper?
I originally purchased Moab Desert Varnish for my open framed (not under glass) fine art prints because other brands and types of varnish dulled the prints or left a faint white film. I'm facing the same problem with my originals.
Thanks,
Kerry
