"All my portfolios are printed on Entrada. It's necessary that each print stands alone as a piece of art, and it's because of Entrada's weight and feel that my portfolio stands out from the rest."
Jarred,
From your post I assume you are creating custom media files using our recommended media settings as the base media, and then incorporating the Moab ICC profiles at the final step. If the Canon Media Configuration Tool is not recognizing the ICC profiles, try removing the + signs in the filename, and replacing with spaces. (When the profiles are download, our web host replaces any spaces in the name with a +). You will also need to have the ICC profiles installed in the appropriate folder before referencing in the am1x file. With the new PRO printers the ICC is not copied into the am1x file, just referenced at the installed location.
Im having some color issues with my Canon ipf9400 and Entrada 290 bright. I want to confirm I should be selecting Heavy Weight Fine Art Photo on the printer and in the driver, vs installing custom media with the icc profile attached. Im having trouble installing the custom media as the filename of the icc profile isn't valid. Same issue and question for my Canon pro4000 (with high density art). Thanks.
