"All my portfolios are printed on Entrada. It's necessary that each print stands alone as a piece of art, and it's because of Entrada's weight and feel that my portfolio stands out from the rest."
Aaron,
Sorry you're having quality issues, I'd like to get more details and some photos of the prints, if possible. Please email evan at legion paper [dot] com so we can follow-up.
Evan from Moab wrote to me that it could be a case of head-strike caused by curl paper. He instructed me to ensure that the paper is flat before printing and also to apply a printer setting "Paper Abrasion" in the Printer Utilities. I did as he said and it worked!
Thanks, Evan for the great service.
Hi,
I recently started using Entrada Natural Rag. In some of my images, it appears what looks like patches of tiger stripes visible in dark areas of the prints. I have wasted too many sheets and have stop printing any images with large areas of blacks.
I did not have this issue on my first batch of 100 sheets. But it is occurring to the current batch.
I'm using the Canon Pro-1 printer.
Has anyone encounter this problem and if a solution to this has been found?
Many thanks,
Aaron
