I currently run from a Mac using the Adobe Photograph Bundle for photo development and printing. All software is up to date and my monitor is calibrated every month. I belong to a small group of photographs where we have mostly Windows users. Our printers are mainly Canon Pixma Pro 100 but there is an Epson among our group. We all use various papers including Moab (I LOVE IT and don't want to waste it). When we print using any icc, we are all getting color cast (magenta). If the printer is allowed to manage, the colors is acceptable but appears somewhat 'flat'. I know I can do all sorts of test prints and adjust my photo until I have corrected BUT the printers were all able to print fine before and I want to return to that state and not band aid or mask the underline issue. Is there a way to do that? Thank you in advance for your help!

If you were printing successfully in the past, likely a software or OS update is causing your issues. Start by downloading the newest version of the Canon PRO-100 print driver and installing it, then make a test print and see if your colors improve. Also double-check you are using the recommended media setting for the Moab paper you are printing, these are listed on the profile download page.

Thank you, I have done all of this for 8 different computer/ printers combinations and I have only returned the Mac/Canon combo to clean state. The other computers run some version of Windows and everything I have tried has not helped. I quit using Windows years ago so my technical abilities for it are very rusty. I will keep plugging away.
