Moab Support Forum > Lasal Matte 235 Printing Problems with Canon Pro-1000

First two prints with Lasal Matte 235 were fine. Since then print colors are washed out with lack of definition. I've printed with and without Moab profiles for the paper and experimented with both photo and art paper matte settings and continue to have the same issues. Any suggestions? So far this has not happened with any other printing surfaces using paper from manufacturers other than Canon.

If your first prints were successful, it sounds like there is an incorrect setting, or a clogged nozzle in your printer.

1. Print a nozzle check and make sure all colors are printing properly.
2. For Lasal Photo Matte on the Pro-1000 the media type to select when printing is Matte Photo Paper, and select the Lasal Matte ICC profile.
