Moab Support Forum > Entrada Rag Natural 300 - 100 Sheet
I use Moab Juniper and buy my 8.5” x 11” in boxes of 100. I’ve never had an issue with the box or bumped corners. Matter of fact, I recently ran out of print storage and used the box to store nearly 100 prints until I could buy a storage box.

Well my 100 sheet box of 13x19" paper was beat to hell on arrival. At $3 a sheet, i don't think using the ratty corrugated cardboard box they (barely) house the paper in is a good solution - but thanks.

Now that I think of it, I did once purchase a box of either 50 or 100 (it’s been a while) 17x25 Entrada and it was in a flimsier corrugated cardboard box. Still have the box and a few sheets. Sheets were all fine.
The 8.5x11 100 sheet box is much sturdier.
Anyway, I will say the Moab has been excellent with replacement of damaged sheets. I’ve had issues with Black flecks in the cotton rag papers and they have bent over backwards to replace.
Good luck.

The cardboard wraps we use for the 100-sheet bulk packs provide as much protection for the paper as the standard chip-board boxes used for the 25-sheet retail packages. Once you open the bulk packaging, we recommend re-closing it with a strip of tape over the top to maintain integrity.
As to the condition when you received the paper, I assume you purchased it from a retailer which offers free shipping. The challenge with 'free shipping' for items like paper is that not enough protective packaging material is used (to save money) to cushion the paper in transit. I would recommend contacting the reseller you purchased from to let them know the shipping materials were insufficient.

I respectfully disagree.
For a $300 box of paper, the enclosure is completely dysfunctional.

I was a little surprised that this super expensive box of paper comes in a flimsy cardboard box that pretty much self destructs after opening. Now I am left with 100 sheets of paper that have no where to live.
It's also surprising that the paper even made it to me without getting damaged, which must happen a lot considering.
Not cool Moab.
