Hi, I have a new Epson Surecolor P600, and try to print color pictures on moab entrada bright, and I used the ICC profil, but the result was bad : the image was to pink and lack of yellow.
Is there any explaination, any reason for this trouble ? I need to correct this trouble.

That sounds like a possible clogged nozzle or two. On the printer, find the maintenance procedures and run a nozzle check. The printer should print a series of chips. Look at it closely to see if any of the chips are missing sections. Run a cleaning cycle. Repeat the nozzle check. It sound as if one or two nozzles are plugged. Epsons are notorious for blocked nozzles, even new.

Thanks for your advice, I check the nozzle, the yellow seems ok but very pale. I have made a cleaning nozzle, no change before and after. Another thing, when I'm using classical glossy brillant (canson 'everyday photo paper') colors are quite good.

Is the P600 switching to matte black ink when you use the Entrada?
Are you using the proper media type in Photoshop? Should be cold press. Also make sure that you have photoshop manages color is checked and that the printer color management is set to color sync.

the point is, I'm not sure that when I check that photoshop manage the color, that it is well done by the printer, and what make me think that, is that black goes from Matt to Photo Black.... if you have suggestions....
