Moab Support Forum > SLickrock paper size not recognised on Canon Pro-2000

Just got the Slickrock 300g A3+, trying it on Canon PRO-2000. Printing from Print Studio Pro. When I load the sheet, it just goes through and spits out on the back, after a brief stop inside the machine, then message: No paper. Occasionally I get the message Paper Size not recognised. Is the shiny surface of the paper a problem? Solutions?

The Pro-2000 has a very difficult time reading the reflective surface of the Slickrock Silver. To get around this, you'll need to turn off automatic width detection for sheets. On the printer, select the paper settings (roll/sheet icon) then select the sheet icon, and 'Paper Settings'. Select 'Advanced' and scroll down to 'Detect Paper Width'. Select it and then select 'Disable'. This should allow you to load the Slickrock Silver sheets, and you will then have to manually input the sheet size during the loading process.
