i cannot use Entrada rag on my Epson 600 either in poster board or fine art paper. Epson has referred me back to MOAB

Annette,
Sorry you're having difficulty with the Entrada. If your sheets are smaller than 8.5x11, they won't work with the fine art feed options on the P600. If you are using letter-size or larger sheets, they will work with the fine art paper feed on the P600. You can also use Ultra Premium Paper Matte as your media type, and use the sheet feeder; just make sure you download the appropriate color profile for that media setting. Let me know the details of your setup and we can get it working.

Selecting the premium matte option plus choosing Front poster Board for the 17x 22" paper worked. sorry its a SC Epson p800 that I'm using
