Moab Support Forum > Problems Monekopi on Canon Pixma Pro 1

Hello, I use to print from Photoshop CS (Windows 7) on a Pixma Pro-1 with an ICC profile from Canon, dedicated to the Canson Rag paper that I use, and what I see on the screen is exactly what I get on the printer.
Now, I've tried for several days to have the same result with a dozen of different Awagami papers that I test from a sample pack, and the result is always the same: much too dark. I've made tests with your 3 ICC profiles, with Matte Photo Paper selected (I've tried other combinations with Fine Art paper, without success).
What do I do wrong?
Thank you in advance

Anybody?

Marco,
I ran some tests on the Pro-1 here in our office on both the Moenkopi Unryu and Kozo, and the brightness of the prints is very close to the monitor. There could be a number of factors involved, if you email me with your contact info I'd be glad to call and see if we can figure this out: evan at legion paper dot com or 212-683-6990 x2214
