Moab Support Forum > Kayenta Profile Eps P800 Problem

I have a couple year old sample box of your Matte papers. This morning I'm printing my standard color test target image on my new Eps P800 with your downloaded P800 profiles for all of these papers. Entrada's looked perfect. But Kayenta is a sickly yellow and low saturation. I've double checked settings and printed a second time...identical sick yellow. Using profile "MOAB Kyenta Matte P800 UPPPM" and Ultra Prem Presentation Matte as Media Type. No clogged heads. I've been printing this test target for 8 or 9 years for all papers I'm thinking of using, so I'm quite sure it isn't user error. Any ideas?? Please check this profile.

Brad,
Sorry to hear you're having poor results printing the Kayenta. Your sample box must be a few years old, as the Kayenta has been discontinued for a while. You won't find it in stores, so only continue troubleshooting if you have a full box on your shelf. I double-checked the profile via soft proof in photoshop, and don't see any color shifts.
