Moab Support Forum > red cast on Lasal Matte on epson stylus pro 7900

I bought the pre-scored 11x14 Lasal Matte paper, downloaded the color profile, and there seems to a red cast on my prints. I have access to 3 different printers (same model) and each one printed with the same red color cast. I have the printed page setting at 'enhanced matte'.
Is there something that I should be doing differently? Thanks.

Lorena,
I recommend you download and install the newer ICC profile for the 7900 from our download page. It should correct any color shifts you are seeing with the older profile. Media type for the new profile is Ultrasmooth Fine Art.
