"All my portfolios are printed on Entrada. It's necessary that each print stands alone as a piece of art, and it's because of Entrada's weight and feel that my portfolio stands out from the rest."
Colin,
You are correct, the ICC profile wouldn't change mid-print. Would you let me know what printer, operating system, and program you're printing from? Also, what is your media type setting?
Hello,
I am using the Epson SureColor P800, MacOS Sierra 10.12.1, printing from Photoshop CC 2017, media type is Ultimate Premium Presentation Matte.
Thank you!
Colin,
Per our conversation, it sounds like you have a box of paper that needs to be replaced, we will be contacting you to arrange a shipment.
I am in the middle of printing a body of work using Entrada 300lb Natural. Half way through today, the color shifted on my prints. They lost their "vivid" quality. Optically, it appears like one of the black cartridges isn't working, but I cleaned them and ran tests and they are all firing. I tested with Epson paper and the color turned out fine, so I assume it has something to do with the ICC profile? I have the same work flow for all my prints, so it doesn't seem likely that I could have all of a clicked or unclicked something. I have gone over all my steps and everything seems as it should. I have reinstalled drivers and ICC profiles. It also seems unlikely that an ICC profile would all of a sudden stop working half way through a printing session.
Any ideas?? I am stumped!
