Moab Support Forum > ICC profile won't show in Lightroom drop down

I just got a Canon pixma pro-10 and am excited to use my Moab Lasal Luster 300 paper. I put the correct ICC profile in my Library/Colorsync/Profile folder. In Adobe Lightroom it shows up under "Other" as a check the box, but after checking it, it will not show up under the profile choices! When I go back to the "Other" list, the box is always unchecked. What do I do?

Rob,
Just to double-check your steps in the Lightroom Print Module:
Under Color Management>Profile, you scroll down and select 'Other'
In the window that opens, you check the box for MOAB Lasal Exhibiton Luster, and click OK.

After doing this, the Moab profile is not displayed, and if you click the 'Profile' pull-down menu again and select other, the Moab profile is un-checked on the list.

If this is the case, it sounds like there is an issue with your Lightroom Preferences. You may need to delete them and start again, a quick internet search should give you the steps for your LR version and operating system.

If you follow the above steps, does the profile show up in the search window that opens from the profile selection menu? If you see it there, check the box to add it to the list of profiles in Lightroom.

If you don't see the profile listed, have you restarted your computer since installing it? If so, try deleting and re-installing the profile.
