I have the Canon ImagePROGRAF 8400s. Will your profiles for the 6400/8400 still work the same?

Profiles for the Canon iPF6400/8400 are not compatible with the 8400S. The S models use an 8 color ink set, while the 6400/8400 use a 12 color ink set. Please let us know if you need any profiles created for your iPF8400S.
