Moab Support Forum > Windows 10
John,
I have spoken with a number of customers using Windows 10 without incident, I assume something may have happened with the install. I would suggest deleting the profile from your computer (in the spool>drivers>color folder). Then download it again from the web site. Locate the downloaded profile on your computer, right-click on it and select 'Install Profile' from the menu. This will copy the profile to the appropriate folder. Launch your image editing program, and you should see the Moab profile on the list of available printer profiles.

After having deleted the downloaded profile I have tried again but your website says that the profile is not available.
Please advise.
Thanks,

We redesigned the profile page and needed to create a new URL, which can be accessed from the Moab homepage nav bar at the top. The new URL is:
http://moabpaper.com/icc-profiles-download/
We'll be building in a redirect today.
Sorry for the inconvenience.

Have downloaded and entered, per instructions, the profile for Lasal paper.
It doesn't work. Presume my new PC with Windows 10 is the culprit.
Correct?
