Drying time? Platen gap?

Some printers do better than other with paper handling when printing on two sides, and there is significant printer to printer variation on desktop units (in our experience). Adjusting the platen gap is the first adjustment we would make, but this may take some testing to arrive at an ideal setting. The drying time shouldn't make a difference. If there is a paper thickness setting, this should also be looked at.
