Moab Support Forum > MOB 4x6 entrada rag natural 190

i have the moab 4x6 natural rag, i realize i must choose matte as an option as I can not find appropriate 4x6 paper size with art paper margin (30) the question I have is if I change the margins will I risk damaging the print head ?

Brian,
With Entrada 190, selecting 'matte photo paper' as the paper type will be just fine, and will allow you to use the standard sheet feeder on your printer.

Can I use smaller margins without risk. Not full bleed but around .25 around ?

You can print with small margins, or even borderless when using the matte paper setting.

Generally, the only time you will experience a 'head strike' (where the printhead contacts the paper, leaving lines in the surface) is if you use a paper setting for a thin sheet (plain paper, etc) and then try to feed a very thick paper into the printer.
