Moab Support Forum > Problem with my Epson R2880 driver

Am I the only one who report this problem?

I just receive my Chinle Book, and I am trying to print on the back of my page. (for the second picture).

Even if I set the Reverse Page Orientation to "On" inside my printer settings, my driver transform my Landscape image into a Portrait one, destroying the ensemble.

I tried to print two times, have the same problem.

Will I have to create 13"X12" canvas to make sure that everything will go the right way, manually?

I am wasting papers and a lot of inks...

I have a Macbook Pro with and Epson R2880.

Thanks for reading me.

Christian,
I apologize for your difficulties. When printing the book pages from Photoshop/Lightroom:

-keep your paper sized to 12"x12"

-make sure your all your photos/layouts have the same orientation

-If using Lightroom, make sure the 'auto rotate' function is turned off in the print settings

-If you're printing from Photoshop, there are two buttons for 'landscape' and 'portrait' orientation in the print window. It sounds like your print settings may be switching the selection when you print the second side- make sure the two images are both set to the same orientation.

-I always suggest cutting a few sheets of inexpensive paper to match the page size and using these for testing before printing the book pages. And if the orientation is incorrect, simply cancel the print job before the image completes and you can save ink.

-Always feed the book pages into the printer with the scored and punched side as the trailing edge, so it enters the printer last.

I hope this helps you complete your project.

Work fine on my Brother Laser printer, with Photoshop.

I have to wait, getting some ink before testing it on my Epson.
