Please help!

Can someone please tell me how to make a borderless print on the Entrada Bright 300 13 x 12
paper? I'm using an Epson printer R 3000 printer and running OS9 Mavericks. I'm trying to print an image which is 12 inches high by 9 inches wide and for the paper size i've chosen (12x12 sheet feeder borderless retain size). I have the latest driver for the epson and I have the latest profile for the entrada bright installed. Still though, the image crops a tiny amount on the top and a bit more on the bottom. And while the image is centered left and right, it bleeds on the top, which I want, but on the bottom, there's a 1/4" margin on the bottom. It's this margin on the bottom that's driving me crazy. I would very much appreciate any suggestions. Thank you very very much

Alec, each printer on the market acts very different from each other when it comes to borderless printing. The usual situation is that you won't be able to do true borderless unless a specific sheet size is supported by your printer model, likely limited to something like this:

8.5x11
11x17
13x19

Some printers support more, and some support fewer sizes (Canon printers is a good example of fewer options on some models).

Are you able to even select 'borderless' printing as an option in the printer driver?
