Moab Support Forum > Slickrock Pearl on Epson R1900

I recently bought 2 different sizes of Slickrock Pearl: 8.5x11 and 13x19. I used the 8.5x11 for proofing and the 13x19 for prints. The same settings were used with both sizes, yet the results were night and day. The proofs were excellent, the prints garbage - at least 2 stops over-exposed. What gives? What is the answer?

Andrew-

Something definitely doesn't add up. Some thoughts:

1) do you see any visible difference in the sheets when you hold them in ample light?
2) please confirm that *none* of the settings changed when printing. Please reprint and make sure you are using the correct media type that we recommend, combined with the Relative rendering intent. You can find our recommended media type right next to the ICC profile download link that you used.

Please let me know if you have any additional questions. We are here to help.
