Moab Support Forum > Entrada Rag Bright 300 5 x 7 on Canon Pro 100 from Lightroom

I'm trying to print on Entrada Rag Bright 5 X 7 on a Canon Pro 100 from Lightroom. I installed the MOAB Entrada Rag Bright ICC profile for the Canon Pro 100 and the following settings:
Paper size: 5 X 7
Media Type: Matte
Media Type: Other Fine Art Paper I

I get the following error from the printer: "Support Code : 88 … If you selected Other Fine Art Paper 1 as the media type, you need to set the paper size to an art paper size (Margin 30)." I don't see an art paper size that's about 5 x 7.

Rich, please use the Matte Photo Paper media type, as the results are going to be identical and all paper sizes are supported.
