Moab Support Forum > Slickrock Metallic ICC

I've followed the directions for installing the ICC profile for Slickrock Metallic Silver for my Epson 3880. But after I right click and save it to my desktop, then transfer it to the color folder, it is saved as an HTML file, not ICC - so I can't open it and access it on my printer menu.

It sounds like you are inadvertantly saving the html link to the page, instead of downloading the linked ICC profile.

Depending on what browser/operating system you have:

Safari on Mac OS:
Right-click on the desired profile and select 'download linked file'

Firefox on Mac OS:
Right-click on the desired profile and select 'Save link as'

Internet Explorer in Windows:
Right-click on the desired profile and select 'Save target as'

Firefox in Windows:
Right-click on the desired profile and select 'Save link as'
