Moab Support Forum > Entrada Rag not recognized by CS 6 +10.9

Hey,

I have been trying to get a good print on my entrada rag but all my blacks keep showing up green. It's not a Matte Black nozzle problem as other paper + profile types print fine with the Matte Black ink selected.
I think it's a profile issue - when I try to select the Moab profile under "printer profile" in photoshop I get a dialogue box that says "No Color Management is not supported - It appears you are trying to print without color management. This method of printing from photoshop is not supported. Please use Adobe Color Printer Utility if you need to print with no color management" - this shouldn't be coming up right? The only thing I can think of is that I don't think this happened before I upgraded to Mavericks? If this is the problem where can I get a profile that will work in mavericks, or what is the closest generic epson equivalent to entrada rag 300 for the time being (hopefully I don't have to use that?). Thanks.

This issue is related to how Photoshop is upgraded when OS 10.9 is installed. Reinstalling photoshop over the existing program should solve your profile issue.

Unfortunately this did not work, I actually upgraded to Adobe CC just now, so I cleared out photoshop CS 6 and this still does not work with the Creative Cloud version.

Any other help please?

To achieve accurate color when printing there is no need to convert the working color space of your photograph to a print profile. Instead, use the custom proof setup in Photoshop to preview the print colors, or simply apply the Moab profile in the print window with your other print settings.
