Moab Support Forum > Win 7 64, loading/inserting ICCs Pro-100

I tried using the directions on your site. But there isn't a "spool" file under Windows, neither is there a "color" file under drivers.

I tried following Msoft directions under Color Control Panel, VERY confusing! After a few hours I managed to get at least one of your ICCs in the same folder as the ones that come with the Pro-100. However, when I go to print with win photo viewer I can't find any of your ICCs.

Oh. When I right click on the ICC and click on install, nothing happens.

Any suggestions?

Thanks
Bob

Bob, on Windows 8 all you will need to do is right click on the ICC profile after downloading and choose to 'install' the profile through the menu. You won't see any status update or anything when the profile is installed, which is too bad Microsoft didn't build in better support for this.

Once installed, the profile will show up in applications that support ICC profiles, and I don't think the built in photo viewer application is one of those applications. Photoshop, Lightroom, etc are all applications which support an ICC profile workflow.

Hello.
I have Windows 8.1 and the ICC for Slickrock does not show up in Lightroom four when I go select paper. All I see is the Canon options. Yes all ICCs are in the same folder. How do I fix this?

Mark, the printer drive will never display anything other than the manufacturer's media types, so all you need to do is use our recommended media type for each paper of ours, which can be found right next to each ICC profile download link. You will need to use our ICC profiles in your printing application, though, and you should see our profile(s) listed when in the printing dialogue box in Photoshop, Lightroom or whatever app you are using.
