Moab Support Forum > "The Media Information File is corrupt"

I'm using my Canon ipf8300 Media Configuration Tool to add Moab Moenkopi Unryu as a custom media but keep getting the warning:: "The Media Information File is corrupt". I tried the one for Moenkopi Kozo and received the same message. Any suggestions?

Robbyn, Canon acknowledges there are cross platform compatibility issues between Mac and PC, and the best way to get you up and printing is for you to use the Matte Photo Paper media type when printing with Moenkopi Unryu. Be sure to use the Relative rendering intent for best results.
