"All my portfolios are printed on Entrada. It's necessary that each print stands alone as a piece of art, and it's because of Entrada's weight and feel that my portfolio stands out from the rest."
Kevin, I took a look at the profile you are using and I don't see any issues with it at all. Are you using the Relative rendering intent when printing? Are you using our recommended media type of Ultra Premium Presentation Luster?
If I need to I will absolutely create a new profile.
When I send an image to print, the entire photo comes out black. I can see the image in the background, but it appears there is a layer of black ink over the top of the image.
I select Photoshop manage colors and I select the Moab print profile. I then send the image to print and the print manager will pop up and show a black box where the image is supposed to be. If I select an Epson print profile, the image does not print with a layer of black ink over it.
I have tried to remove (drag to trash) and download the print profile a few times and do not have any luck getting a different result. Epson tech suppors says I should just use their profile and hope for the best.
I am using Mac OS 10.8.4, CS6, Epson Pro 4900, and Moab Slickrock Metallic Epson 4900.icc profile. Images are origionally shot in Hasselblad RAW. I am using Topaz plug in and/or photoshop to manipulate images before printing. I downloaded the profile and moved it from downloads to /Library/ColorSync/Profiles. I am using Slickrock Metallic Pearl 260 paper.
