Moab Support Forum > Slickrock Metallic ICC Crashes Photoshop

I installed the ICC several times but the profile only shows an empty box in the printer dialogue box...no picture. More importantly, PS 6 and now the newer PS CC crashes when I check the "Simulate Black Ink" box. If I go ahead and print without checking the Simulate Black Ink, the colors are lighter than on the screen...washed out, and I don't have a chance to correct.

Is there a newer profile or can i use one from another manufacturer like Lexjet?

Also, can you recommend the best approaches to use to improve color density without making the photo look over processed.
