Are Slickrock Metallic Silver 300 papers compatable with this printer with it's instant dry and thickness?

Do instant dry papers have lesser quality print outs?

Where can I buy sample packs of each type of paper?

Hi Danny, Yes, the new Slickrock Metallic Silver is compatible with your Canon printer. Most fine art inkjet papers are instant dry. However, when it comes to true-metallic papers there has never been an instant dry version available - until now.

By being instant dry, the print can be handled immediately after printing. This has no relation to the quality of the print, other than to note that those papers requiring drying time are more susceptible to scratching, roller marks and fingerprints.
