Moab Support Forum > Epson R3000 and Slickrock Metallic Pearl prints solarized

Prints from Epson R3000 on Moab Slickrock Metallic Pearl look solarized. The print as well as the preview in Match Print Colors. I am printing a B&W image. 8 bit. AdobeRGB color space. Relative Colorimetric. Photoshop (CS6) manages color. MOAB Slickrock Metallic Pearl Epson R3000 UPPL.icc profile. I can use another paper and profile such as Pictorico, Epson Lustre, etc. and the print looks great. I can switch between most any profile and the preview looks correct. But when using this profile BOTH the print and the preview are solarized. I have downloaded and re-installed the profile 3 times. Same result. Please help.

Dave, I will test the profile to check for any unusual issues. Are you using our recommended media type, as listed next to the ICC profile download link? Keep in mind that metallic papers do have a smaller color gamut than a typical photo paper, however it sounds like your issue might not be this at all.
