I've used the entrada rag bright 4x6 for holiday cards with my epson 3800 for 2 years. this year, the printer is having a very hard time loading the 4x6 sheets of paper. room and system are the same. something else seems to have changed. any suggestions?

Hi Chris - Nothing has changed with the paper. You might want to run a quick head cleaning and also clean the rollers. This can affect feeding.
