"All my portfolios are printed on Entrada. It's necessary that each print stands alone as a piece of art, and it's because of Entrada's weight and feel that my portfolio stands out from the rest."
Hi Wes,
Thanks for your question. When we develop profiles we use specific settings that need to be replicated by anyone using our profiles in order to get optimal printing results. This includes using the recommended media type, which we list in grey under each profile download link.
In addition, we have developed a step-by-step instruction manual indicating how to set up Photoshop. These instructions can be found here:
http://moabpaper.com/profile-use-and-installation/
We have also developed a series for how-to videos, which can be viewed on MoabTV:

Let us know if you have any other questions.

I'm using a variety of Moab papers with my Epson R1900, including Photo Luster (270 and 300 gsm), Somerset Enhance Velvet (225 & 300 gsm) and Moab Entrada Bright Rag (300 gsm), printing from Lightroom 4 or Photoshop CS6. I have color management by the software, but am curious about what settings in the Printer Properties are pertinent - and what they should be set for. For example, the Paper Type; even when I've selected the proper Moab profile in the software application, the Epson dialog still only shows Epson papers under Paper Type. Ditto for Quality Option, Print Options (e.g. "Photo Enhance"), (I have Color Management under Advanced set to ICM with Off (No Color Adjustment) checked.)
