Moab Support Forum > Entradalopes and template for printing

I have recently purchased 5x7 entradalopes -I have tried printing a 4x6 print on the paper but no matter what setting I use, the print is cut off. When I look at the print preview it looks great but does not print properly. I have an Epson 3880.

Is the only thing 'off' the print margins? I will do a test tomorrow on our 3880 to see if we can replicate the issue.

Carol, I printed a 4x6 image just fine on 5x7 sheets on my 3880 today. Can you please tell me what settings you are using?
