I'm printing Lasal Exhibition Luster 300 using a Canon IPF 5000 printer. I can't figure out what paper setting to use on the printer. There is no "luster" setting. Should I use "semi-gloss" or just what.

I keep getting a paper type wrong message.

Thanks in advance.

Hi JD,

Go ahead and use the Photo Paper Plus Semi Gloss media type. This should do the trick.

I have loaded Lasal Exhibition Luster 300 17" roll into the Canon IPF 5000 printer but the printer only considers Photo Paper Plus Semi Gloss media type as sheet feed. Is there another setting I should use?

Unfortunately Canon updates their printer driver and sometimes make changes to the supported paper on specific paper paths in the printer. Here is an updated list:

We recommend using the Semi-Glossy Photo Paper if you are using rolls.
